Konsultointi Larikka is an consultation company that offers a unique performance-based bonus system to improve the productivity of its client companies. The system provides a cost-effective and motivating way to enhance profitability and quality.

Smartbutlers began the work by drafting the specification documentation together with the client. At this stage, the logic and use cases of the performance-based bonus system were discussed. Next, a demo version of the application was created and tested with selected users. The focus of target group testing was on usability and logic during the project phase.
After the demo version, development moved on to creating the publishable version, taking into account feedback from the testing phase. Development has continued following the application’s launch.

The implementation of the performance-based bonus system for the client is divided into a project phase and a reporting phase. The project phase is a one-time stage in which metrics, their weights, and thresholds are defined. The reporting phase follows the project phase, where the system is in use by the client. Thanks to the application, the project phase is more agile, allowing the client to independently fill in basic information outside of meetings. The system also allows for multiple user levels and team-specific bonus systems. Additionally, users, including team leaders and employees, can now easily check and update their status in real time.
